Our Processing
Time IS MONEY: (Processing time in Seafood is major concern.)
We SAF MARINE international follow a standard of time in processing each of following step.
Step 1 : Priority to purchasing very fresh raw-material from Auction.
Step 2 : immediately sending/putting raw- material to factory using plastic/ice boxes.
Step 3 : At factory, inspecting raw-material by higher authority factory owner executive or manager and reject is sent back.
Step 4 : Approved raw-material is allowed for processing, which is immediately washed and chilled.
Step 5 : Chilled and clean raw-material is graded into different sizes.
Step 6 : Graded raw-material is weighed regarding buyer’s demand and set up/packed in freezing/steel trays.
Step 7 : Trays are immediately put into the Air Blast Freezer / tunnel and frozen up-to (-4O ) deg Celsius. Shrimps, Loligo Squid, Cuttle Fish etc. are freeze in Plate freezer.
Step 8 : Frozen product is put in master cartons approved by buyers (Printed carton, brown or white etc.)
Step 9 : Master Cartons are stocked up in cold stores, temp. Set at -18-20 deg Celsius.
